Paul wanted to offer solid competition to the Tesla electric sports car so he created an electric motor for the 911 and Boxster models. He says the Porsche sports cars are perfect candidates for an electric motor because of the superior design and weight ratios of the cars. In the tradition of Porsche Engineering, its not cheap. After you provide the vehicle to Paul, it will cost an additional $48,000 to convert a 911 and $42,000 to convert a Boxster. Paul even has an electric conversion for the Carrera GT and the Cayman.
